We frequently overlook our feet while applying various creams and masks to our bodies and faces. Most of us take taking care of our feet for granted, and we constantly meet new difficulties.

We wear high heels or shoes all day, sweaty socks on our feet since we don’t feel like getting new ones, or tight nylons occasionally.

Use it to gently rub the feet’s rough spots. Using a stone or a heel scraper to remove dead skin cells also works well. Peeling does not need to be done daily; 1-2 times a week would suffice.

Wearing the correct footwear

Shoes must fit properly because wearing shoes that are too small may result in heel pain and calluses that are hard and can cause corns, warts, ingrown toenails, and corns.

Adequate shoe materials

It’s well known that synthetic materials don’t breathe and hold moisture and heat. Look for footwear made of organic materials like cotton and leather. Natural materials quickly cool your feet since they are permeable. For added security, use sneakers with a unique mesh bottom.
